GYPSY WOMEN

This evening BG and I went to my mum's school (she teaches second grade) to participate in Fine Arts Evening and watch the Talent Show. There is always a theme and everyone is encouraged to dress in said theme. This time it was the Renaissance; the school was overrun with kings, queens, princes, princesses, knights, peasants and GYPSIES (!). Guess which one we were?

I figured out the all you have to do in order to be a gypsy is keep layering and put on every piece of jewelry that you have. It was actually really fun to just be able to wear everything at once and not think about whether or not it "goes" together.

On Me:
Dress, white: Banana Republic
Dress, ditsy floral: Target / Plato's Closet
Sweater Vest: Walmart
Boots: Vintage / Thrifted via Friends of the Inn
Belt: A'Gaci

On Mum:
Dress, print: Target
Dress, solid: Banana Republic / Thrifted via Frisco Resale
Cardigan: BP / Nordstrom
Vest, Scarf: F21
Belt: Thrifted via Goodwill
Shoes: TOMS
